Free Meth Pipes to Homeless with YOUR taxes?

It OUTRAGES me as a business owner, ex addict and Follower of Christ that INSTEAD OF HELPING AND GIVING A HAND UP to addicts, the government would fund programs THAT WOULD KEEP THEM Addicted & homeless! "The Harm Reduction Strategy" gives money to non profits like "Homeless Health Care Los Angeles" who buy meth pipes and other illegal drug devices to keep addicts addicted and homeless--and KEEP THEIR pockets lined with money!  It's making them MILLIONAIRES!

 In this 5 minute episode, I show you Homeless Health Care LA has financial statements onscreen. The financial statements show that "The nonprofit" is receiving millions of dollars from our government (from OUR TAXES) AND MORE THAN HALF of that is paying their salaries! Homeless Health Care LA pockets over $7 million of the $12 million the government (WE GIVE---with our taxes) gives them for "The Harm Reduction Strategy" YES!  It reduces HARM---TO THEIR WALLETS! 

By the way--this IS NOT just happened in LA or the state of California--IT IS NATIONWIDE! I've found the same "Harm Reduction Strategy" in Pennsylvania, New York (all over) AND EVEN IN OTHER COUNTRIES! Canada has a similar program!
