BOOM! THIS HIT ME LIKE BOMB AT HIROSHIMA

TALK ABOUT HEAVY ARTILLERY!

The words my Aunt Kathy used to describe why she was crying yesterday, the day before mother’s day because her mom (& one of my moms, and EVERYBODY’S FAVORITE MOM) passed on my sobriety Birthday in 2016.

The beautiful use of words and euphemism alone was enough to make me cry!

Then add the fact that Kathy is so talented, and so distraught in her life, that she cant’ see it, and then 3rd, if SHE COULD SEE THE GREAT TALENT IN HERSELF, SHE IS TOO EMOTIONAL TO USE IT??

I could not process this yesterday.

IT IS TOO PAINFUL! WATCHING MY FAMILY SUFFER LIKE THIS--MEANWHILE, I”M LABELED AS EMOTIONLESS MONSTER BECAUSE OF THE HELL I CHOOSE TO GO THROUGH SO FAMILY HAS ONE LESS THING (ONE OF THE BIGGEST THINGS) to worry about--MONEY!

TRYING IN VAIN to get my family to BELIEVE THEY ARE WORTHY THEN SEE HOW INSANELY TALENTED AND GENIUS THEY ARE STOP SUFFERING SO THEY CAN START SERVING!

Intellectually, I knew what Aunt Kathy meant. “It’s physical love I can’t give to my mother, so it comes out in my eyes in tears.”

BUT I FELT IT IN MY HEART today…

I met Cindy, A BEAUTIFUL SWEET SOUTHERN OLDER LADY WHO TOLD ME “I’m COUNTRY SINGER! But they say my voice sucks, and i don’t know how to fix it. BUT I CAN”T SHAKE THIS BUG! I’M A COUNTRY SINGER!” I hugged her and said “happy mother’s day, Cindy! DO IT! YOU ARE WORTH IT”

Cindy kept telling me all the reasons she could’t and I said “i don’t have time to talk and try to convince you of how great YOU are, I’m too busy doing it” “you’re doing it?” I said “yep! Happy Mother’s day, yo’re worth it”

I went back to my seat and Said “DUH PAY FOR HER DRINK OR GET HER SOMETHING EXTRA”

I couldn't find her! But a few minutes later, she popped in. I went over and asked her name (THAT is when I found it was Cindy) “I don’t want to insult you, but God put you on my heart. Would you like something to eat?”  CINDY GAVE ME THE BIGGEST GIFT “I WOULD LOVE something to eat!” SHE DIDN'T STUTTER, SHE DIDN’T EVEN SAY “You DON'T HAVE TO” I REALLY HATE when people reject my gifts!!! CINDY DIDN'T! SHE IS COUNTRY STAR!!

I said “Get whatever you want” Cindy said “I donlt know what rto get I don’t eat here” She liked 3 things on the menu “get all of them” I said. I was so happy.

I kissed her back and said “Happy Mother’s day! YOU’RE WORTH IT! Thank Jesus!”

THE LOVE CAME OUT OF MY FACE (MUCH LATER, NOT ON THE SPOT) When Cindy said “Thank you so much! AND HUGGED ME AND KISSED MY CHEEK!” I felt my grandma’s love.  Written by Liberty V Justice INSPIRED BY Kathy G. Feidler ---YOU'RE THE BEST MY GORGEOUS GENIUS WRITER AUNTIE/ BESTIE!
